I went to an event at Kettering hotel and spa, all the staff at this event were lovely and polite. One of the waitresses at our table was amazing, she was very kind to all of us. I believe her name was Aimee but I’m not 100% sure but she was lovely. I would definitely recommend

Spent the day here with my wife, each had a massage, lunch, afternoon drinks topped off with an evening meal. Very pleased with all aspects of our day. Could not fault the services provided. Lovely day. Thank you.

Had a spa day as a gift for two it was amazing. Staff were welcoming we were greeted by Sarah who gave us our soft fluffy towels and bath robes then took us to our changing rooms. We then went to the lounge where all drinks coffee tea cold drinks were included . We chose our lunch which was provided in the spa day

Such a lovely place to visit and stay, I've visited twice on a works sale conference and stayed the night and the service is great.
Rooms are big and spacious. I've stayed in a suite and standard room and both are fab. All rooms come with a kettle, coffee maker and fridge and the self serve milk and filtered water is a great addition.
Huge beds and super soft pillows!
Those rooms close to the motorway and/or lifts will hear the noise of course but you can't control traffic or some people!
Staff are great and so helpful and welcoming. The gym is great and busy in the mornings.
Highly recommend this place for work or just leisure.
