Fantastic hotel. Very friendly reception staff every time we go. You can relax as soon as soon as you arrive. Excellent spacious rooms, great food, great spa. Especially love Christmas here with the grandchildren. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel is lovely, clean and functional.. the spa is small and intimate.. food was great there.. overall a wonderful stay. However the only gripe i have is children in the spa. I know its set times for them but for me personally and yes i am a mother myself, found the children noisy.. A spa is supposed for me is a relaxing treat, not a childrenās splash pool.. they was not just in the main pool but in the spa pool as well.. we could not relax in the loungers as all we could hear was screaming..
