We had a family lunch (for 10 people) at The White Horse. It was our first visit there, but definitely not our last. The staff gave us a warm welcome, as we arrived. They were well organised with our orders and the food was incredible. Great value for such a high standard of both food and service. What a gem of a place!

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are gorgeous, the welcome from the staff was so warm genuine and friendly.
I requested a firm pillow from reception which appeared at the room door before I had finished making a cup of tea. There is a teapot in the room which I loved, good size TV, proper milk from a dispenser in the hall rather than uht. Comfortable bed and spacious, fantastic breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay!

I use this hotel regularly for work, it's friendly and very comfortable. Breakfast is always spot on, whilst I would prefer to have it partially buffet for juices and fruits, it's worth it for a chat with Jayne. She's so down to earth and makes me feel very welcome when I'm away from home.

We checked online and said we didnt need to make a reservation however that wasnt correct. They very kindly checked and managed to sqeeze us in. Very good service, very fast. Portions a bit small for me personally. Will be going again, just wont have what i had previously. Try something new
