Had lunch there, the burgers looked nice, avoid the battered cod. Twice now I've tried it, and twice the batter was undercooked and very, VERY greasy.

Went for lunch last Sunday.Restaurant was virtually full.Excellent selection on the menu and generous portions.Staff attentive and helpful.My partner who is virtually vegetarian enjoyed her 3 course meal.I had 2 courses which were more than enough.No doubt we will be returning soon

Have just been for Burns night. OMG the food was absolutely gorgeous. I had the black pudding scotch egg for starters. It was so tasty and cooked perfectly. For me though my main was out of this world. Venison Stew! The best venison stew I have ever had. I congratulate you all for an amazing evening. Delightful food, great service and an all round fabulous experience. Thank you. X

Excellent stay at this hotel for business. The room had everything I needed, along with the option to order firmer pillows. The food in the restaurant was great, and the whole hotel had a lovely ambience. I would definitely stay again.
