Visited today with friends for a ‘3 course lunch’
A warm welcome, despite the fact we were 10 mins late for our booking. Table ready for us and we were quickly sat down and drinks order taken. We had 2 dogs with us and the venue was described as ‘Dog Friendly’ on the website… actually I’d say they ‘love dogs’ and we were made to feel so welcome. All the staff were excellent in their attentive service and friendly way. The place has a relaxed friendly atmosphere and the staff should be proud to create such a great atmosphere.
The food was ‘next level’ and without doubt we will return. All 3 courses cooked and prepared beautifully. superb value in beautiful surroundings.

A first rate facility. Very clean, dry and temperature controlled, with 24/7/365 easy access. More importantly, Graham and Natalie could not be more helpful. It is their added value, that really sets them apart from the competition (none local really!).

I bought different coffees as presents for Christmas. Family loved them all as I did too. There was a slight mix up with delivery so William hand delivered the order. What fantastic service. Cannot rate highly enough

A lovely hotel, lovely staff and the room was brilliant apart from one little issue. We were in room 200 which is next to a private/staff room. It got very loud in there after 23:30 until the early hours and we had no idea why? You could hear things being moved around, banging and at one point some music. This went on both nights we stayed there. I'm assuming that's where they sort things out, but having it next to a guest bedroom and so late at night was pretty annoying. The TV wasn't tuned in correctly so some channels were missing and the remote didn't work great. But I'm just getting picky now. So I'd definitely suggest staying at the hotel, but if you want a quiet night's sleep just maybe not room 200. It was really nice. I didn't complain whilst I was there because at the end of the day, it didn't spoil our stay.

Just had a two night stay which was absolutely wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel - a much more personal experience compared to your commercial hotels.
