We have been using BTN for a few years now. They pride themselves on looking after their customers and we have always found them to be excellent and professional. They will always make time for their regular clients (even if they are busy) and are thorough and diligent in all work carried out.
The most important thing for us is their honesty and excellence at what they do. They won’t do work unnecessarily and always communicate on what needs doing and give you options. The pricing is good for the service you get. You get what you pay for!
We have both cars serviced and looked after by BTN and are very happy with them. Will especially goes above and beyond to help his customers.

Fantastic service! My front number plate had come off after the fixings snapped, and although I hadn't booked in, the team were more than happy to take a look. Will was incredibly helpful and managed to fix it there and then within a few minutes, and didn't charge me. I've been using them for servicing and always had a great experience, so today's visit was another reminder of why I keep coming back. Everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely goes out of their way to help. I can't thank Will and the team enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

I asked Iain to convert my existing en-suite and family bathroom into one large bathroom with a walk in shower. From start to finish Iain , Craig and Steve made the design process and installation extremely easy and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
