I wanted to write and express my sincere appreciation for your help in getting a reliable local plumber to carry out some work for us at both the Shop and the Church premises recently, and I can only apologise for the delay in putting type to paper - even though my intentions were good, I just kept forgetting. But the plumber recommended was excellent and hopefully we will be able to do business in future, as I like using local people.
