Adhering to covid restrictions well. We had tea for 2. Somewhat disappointing as we had more cucumber sandwiches than any other. Clearly the cheapest sandwich. One bar staff member was miserable and quite blunt when ordering our drinks. Would have been nice to have seen him smile.

Visited for a spa day and afternoon tea was fantastic, treatment was out of this world and afternoon tea was super delicious. Staff could not do enough for us wil deffo be back 😊

I recently got married at KPH in April and I can't praise the staff highly enough. From the outset Steph was fantastic, she was always quick to respond and helped put our mind at rest whenever we had an questions. She certainly made the planning lots easier!
On the day all of the staff were incredible they blended into the background and Sebastian was just perfect. He covered every detail and helped make our day flawless.
Massive thanks to all the staff at KPH and I'd highly recommend them. We will be booking a reception for those that couldn't attend the day and will be doing this through KPH as we are so confident with their services.
