I had a Swedish full body massage with Sasha, with medium-firm pressure and a lovely lavender scent. It was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Sasha was fantastic and the whole experience helped me completely switch off, clear my head and reset. I left feeling refreshed, positive, motivated and ready for the rest of my day. Exactly what I needed. Thank you, Sasha! I’ll definitely be back.

I have stayed at KPH a few times and have really enjoyed it each time. The rooms are lovely and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food and service in the restaurant is excellent. The spa is lovely too, always nice to relax in there.

This is an out of the way spot but worth finding. The food was excellent, if a little pricey. We are in a lounge area which was bright and comfortable.
The service was a little slow and not very focussed. Acceptable but not great. There is a small selection of art and produce for sale and we bought some delicious honey

We booked through Hotels.com using Tesco vouchers, paying £127 plus taxes/voucher contribution, and had also pre-booked spa treatments for two.
On arrival we were told that, because we hadn’t booked directly, our “standard room” didn’t include pool access, so we paid an additional £15 each. When I changed into my swimwear, I discovered there was no robe in the room. At the pool I was told that standard-room guests aren’t provided with robes—and we couldn’t even hire one.
I understand different room rates have different benefits, but this felt unnecessarily mean. Between our room, £30 pool charge, spa treatments, evening meal and drinks, we spent a considerable amount at the hotel, yet repeatedly felt penalised simply because we booked through Hotels.com.
A robe may seem like a small thing, but when you’ve paid extra to use the spa facilities, it’s a basic touch that would have made us feel like valued guests rather than second-class ones. Unfortunately, it took the shine off what should have been a relaxing stay.

What can I say, this venue is a treasure to behold. Great selection of "rations" on offer, and portion sizes are enough to feed a hungry army. 😁

This place is gorgeous and lovely and posh. The cakes look out of this world and there is a lovely back yard area to sit if it's sunny. Very friendly staff too

Play area didn't have tables around so you can't watch kids and enjoy drink or meal. Road to get in us awful. Things they are selling very close to people that sitting and eating and you basically disturbing them by trying to look at something. Place looks nice but it's out of way.
