We had a great stay, however, this is our third visit to the hotel and we felt that some of the little extra touches that we used to enjoy are no longer available. 1. We liked relaxed use of the pool. Now its set hours for children. 2. No robes as standard in a standard room. Before my daughter and I had lovely robes. 3. Now it's a buffet breakfast. We used to love the waitress service at breakfast and having things cooked fresh for us.

The hotel is nice, it was busy but the staff were friendly. The main reason for this review is the food. We had some "wood fired, sour dough" pizzas and they were the equivalent of Tesco basics. At £16 each, and not at all resembling sour dough, wood fired pizza, they were very disappointing. On the breakfast, the sausages, always a good judge of the overall breakfast, we're also Tesco basics quality. The breakfast spread overall was pretty good otherwise. And the toaster was delivering perfectly toasted bread! My feedback would be rewording the menu to be a bit more truthful about the cheap and cheerful pizzas and sort your sausages out.

Very nice hotel in all aspects, cleanless, cozy room, bar area and spa. Highly recommend and the food was amazing, Ceaser salad the best ones I’ve had in my life 😍

We stopped for a 3 night break, Relax & Dine.
The hotel is clean and the staff are all very nice and great at their jobs, check in and out was easy.
The bedroom was first class, forgot to leave 2 sets of towels but no problem quickly sorted within minutes.
The spa are was excellent, need a few more chairs but I suppose they would get in the way!
I have one moan about the whole stay, as a member you get tea / coffee by the pool, as a paying guest nothing, I was certainly not paying £5 for a coffee, I really think an allowance is needed even if it's 2 drinks a day in the poolside area, I spent a lot of money over the days, just thought bit tight.
