Great pub! We booked on the day and were glad we did as it was busy. The staff were excellent and the menu had plenty of options. I had the steak and ale pie which was delicious — crispy chips and a really tasty filling. My friend had the steak and said it was great too. We were too full for dessert! Very well priced overall. Definitely recommend and would go back!

Lively local pub with friendly staff, a respectable clientele and smart decoration. Good range of drinks, especially for a village pub. Food was excellent. Limited vegetarian choices. Loos are clean and accessible from the car park.

A very welcoming country pub with the most delicious food - perhaps the best roast beef in have ever eaten! Staff were highly attentive, aware of allergy requirements and ensure a very friendly, pleasant atmosphere.

Eight of us met for a family celebration of my daughters 30th birthday. We were not disappointed on arrival a really busy bar and restaurant with a great buzz, polite welcoming staff, great menu and fantastic food and drink. Highly recommended and thanks Timmy and team for a great night see you all again soon.

Amazing pub!! The twist was so flavourful and the chicken was cooked so well! Id recommend going earlier as the food was so fresh. Also would recommend the cauliflower cheese!!

Fantastic meal with my family for my partners birthday. Staff were warm and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Food was absolutely fantastic with a great selection of dishes alongside pub classics. We are already thinking about our return!

We visited this lovely pub last Saturday with my family and absolutely loved it! It’s such a cosy place with really nice decor and a great atmosphere. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful, and the food was honestly outstanding! We had the pan-seared chicken supreme, beef bourguignon and butternut squash risotto and OMG, everything was sooo good! The desserts were amazing too. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
