Can’t speak highly enough of the take-away service currently being offered by Rob and Rachel at The Stag in Maidwell. It’s absolutely amazing! Delicious food and fantastic value. Thank you so much. The lasagne and the burgers can’t be beaten! I have three hungry boys and Rob fills them up every time! Thank you so much.

Stopped here for food after doing the 12 mile Maidwell circular walk. Was very happy with the ribs and the service. COVID secure with plenty of space and sanitiser near entrance.

An easily accessible, value for money country pub with a clean, friendly, pleasant & relaxed atmosphere. Covid-19 safety recommendations are clearly displayed & encouraged throughput. Good on-site car parking & a varied menu. Well worth a visit.
