Get ready for a magical evening as Kettering lights up for Christmas!

4pm to 7:30pm, lights on at 6:30pm
Kettering Market Place, Sheep Street and High Street
There will also be a dedicated SEND area on Sheep Street, opposite the library, for anyone with neurodiversity or a sensory processing disorder who needs some quiet space.
Explore more than 30 local stalls featuring hot street food, artisan crafts, and mobile bars.
Check out the Christmas Fair which will be on during the event at St Peter and St Paul's Church
Join the light-up table football tournament, snap a pic with the Lions' selfie sleigh, and enjoy roaming street entertainment.
Soak in the sounds of Kettering Town Silver Band playing traditional brass tunes.
A stunning 30ft Christmas tree from Welford Christmas Tree Farm will take centre stage in the Market Place.
Hunt for a Hero
Nominations will open in October for our hunt for a local hero to help turn on this year's Christmas lights.
The Mayor will go through all the nominations and select the worthiest community champion to join him on stage at this year's event, which will be held on Thursday 26 November.
