Absolutely love Zumba with eleni,such a fun class with amazing people & instructor . Everybody is so friendly & the studio is lovely,clean & well kept,would definitely recommend & wouldn't want to go anywhere else x

The Circuits class run by Connor Fleming is great. Connor makes everyone feel like they can do it. I even did a push-up touching my chest to the ground for the first time. He is a friendly and enthusiastic trainer. Good music and challenging workout. Great way to start the weekend!!!

The whole team at LW Dance and Fitness are amazing! They truly care about you and welcome you in the LWD family. I have tried lots of classes now, and LOVE them all, though my favourites are Pound ad Veraflow on a Sunday morning.

An absolutely fabulous boogie-lou birthday party for my little girl. Everything was brilliantly organised, the venue and the food were great. Louise is amazing with the children and kept them entertained throughout the party. Thank you x

Belated thanks to Andrea (Totally Shredded), Conor (Circuits) and Melissa (Kettlebells) for 3 awesome taster sessions at LW Dance yesterday. I am aching in body parts I didn't know existed today which must be a good thing right!? Best cure is to go again so full Kettlebells session tonight with Melissa.
