Had a great Sunday lunch from the cafe, followed by a tour and tasting with John. Very lively and informative with a few treats for the children while the grown-ups were sampling the wines, looking forward to coming back again some day.

Great place for the family with lots to see. Nice cafe. Most of the way is suitable for wheelchairs. Place is nice and tidy. Gift shop has plenty of things to choose from.

A very beautiful place, especially if you choose to take a tour and do a wine tasting. The most beautiful hydrangeas I've ever seen in my life, at the parking lot in front of the entrance. There's also a restaurant where you can eat or have a glass of cider or wine. And a small shop where you can buy both beverages and that famous black butter. We enjoyed it, we recommend it!

We had two halves of our tour. The first half was wonderful with Chantel. She did a great job. Wine was beautiful. You can tell it’s made by people who really love what they do.
Unfortunately her colleague then took over, making several inappropriate and insensitive comments and swearing several times. Coming across very unprofessional. We walked away wondering how he had a job talking with customers. Definitely let down the team in our opinion. Please note, I would recommend the experience highly, had it not been for this uncomfortable experience with this certain tour guide.

First visit here, went with wife and 6 year old son.
Had a great time, spent around 5 hours here. Loads of animals. For us the gorilla's and orangutans were amazing. Loved the bufferfly house and other small monkeys. Was amazed we spent so long here.
There are 2 cafes although we took our own picnic. Loads of benches dotted around to use.
Overall lots to see and do and would recommend.
