Eigentlich wollten wir nur das Café und den Shop besuchen. Wir haben uns dann aber spontan für eine Führung mit Verkostung entschieden. Wir wurden von Bob geführt, der nicht nur einen feinen Humor hatte, sondern uns auch sehr gut in die Arbeitsprozesse eines Weingutes und seine Geschichte eingeführt hat. Dazu hatten wir im Oktober noch strahlenden Sonnenschein, so dass wir nach der Führung noch auf der Wiese vor dem Café Tee und Scones mit Black butter genießen durften. Das Konzept des Unternehmens geht auf. Danach waren wir noch im Shop und haben uns für Zuhause vor allem mit "Black butter" eingedeckt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Nachmittag mit einem durch die Weinprobe fairen Preis.

A great zoo with some interesting animals.<br>Two nice cafes, one at the entrance and one inside the complex.<br>Nice surroundings and somewhere to relax whilst visiting the animals.

Amazing zoo. Animal's welfare definitely comes first unlike other zoos. Beautifully designed.<br>Highly recommend the Bat Roost and Gerald Durrell Story exhibit.<br>Keepers were super friendly and we felt privileged for many long one to one conversations in which they shared their passion and outstanding knowledge of their animals.<br>Dodo Cafe was clean and staff welcoming. Lovely Gift Shop too.<br>This zoo visit was a highlight of our holiday.<br>THANK YOU
