We booked tickets in advance online just to make sure we could get in. Very easy to do.
We checked in, I had my ticket ready but they knew my booking as soon as I gave my name which was nice!
Helen who was our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the vineyard, the wines, how they're created even the barrels the wine/brandy etc are all stored in! I was impressed. The tasting hall was impressive. I liked the glass chandeliers (technically plastic but very cool nevertheless)
The tasting while watching the video was very good too and at the end a chocolate tasting cup with an apple brandy liqueur? So good I bought 2 bottles! I'd recommend going and I'd go back next time I visit Jersey!

Leckere Speisen mit viel Auswahl, alles hochpreisig. Auf dem Boden lagen Speisereste, die Tische waren klebrig. Das passte nicht zum ansonsten gepflegten Eindruck. Auch der Shop hatte eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Produkten. Die Dame an der Kasse war nicht sonderlich freundlich und wollte auch nichts als Geschenk einpacken. Auch hier hatte man das Gefühl das Preis und Service nicht zusammen passen. Die Führung mit Weinprobe haben wir nicht gebucht da sie uns zu teuer war.

Such a quality zoo on such a small island is remarkable. The wildlife are given decent sized enclosures with variety of entertainment.
The information boards are well presented and detailed.
Food in the cafe was delicious, fairly priced and well presented.
Bus from St Helier is every 30 minutes, tap on payment, very easy.
Grand day out.

Absolutely beautiful and brilliant place to visit well worth going. Only caveat is that it's quite big and I had to sit down on a bench while my husband went further and took pictures for me. He is so kind.
