A lovely zoo, with well-looked after animals, with the zoo's primary reason for existing being for genuine conservation purposes.

Love coming here, it's such an amazing cause and the work they do is so vital. The grounds are spectacular and seeing all the different species is a favourite pastime of mine.

The keeper talks are really worth getting there for before midday. What a wonderful team of workers who clearly know the various characters and personalities of their animals. Brings the experience to life so well and makes you appreciate the crucial conservation work they're doing so much more.

Great afternoon at the zoo. I have never seen Orangutan's before, they had 6! The gorilla's were also amazing, especially the youngster. Looks like they will be having some new animals join them soon too.
