The zoo is a decent size and there is a good range of animals to see here. The enclosures generally seem well made and the animals seem well cared for.
One thing that really made me like this zoo was the very strong focus on animal conservation, including field work and training for field workers

I absolutely love this place.
One of the best zoo's I have ever been to.
It was lovely to visit again as an adult and see that some things were still the same as when I had visited almost 30 years ago. I found myself excitedly telling my children about it.
The zoo is very clear with fantastic facilities.
There is lots to see and do, I would definitely recommend for all ages.
Very easy to get to using public transport from the bus station.
