Staff were excellent and attentive. After I left I went to planet pool and my hypermobility played up so I fell down the stairs and broke my ankle! Thank God for the person at the bar helping me while they were on a smoke break!

Excellent tour from start to finish. Our guide, Louise, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. The tour offered a great balance of learning about the vineyard, the winemaking process, and, of course, the wine tasting itself.

The estate is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings that make it a lovely place to spend a few hours. After the tour, we enjoyed a glass of wine (or 2) in the café’s beautiful garden, which was the perfect way to relax and take in the atmosphere.

An added bonus is that La Mare Wine Estate is only around a 15-minute taxi ride from St Helier, making it an easy and worthwhile visit during a stay in Jersey. Highly recommended.

What a special place! To see Gerald Durrell's dream being attended to passionately every day is wonderful.

A few things....the signage in the zoo is not good. Period. The map you get at the desk is even worse. To be frank, it feels like the organization is not up to par, and at times some of the staff is dismissive. Some are also fantastic, to be sure. However, the fact that there is this special place committed to animal and species preservation is wonderful! Definitely worth a visit and so easy to get to on one of several bus lines.

This is a interesting place to visit and learn about wildlife there's plenty to see and great place to let the children run about in the park. Prices are about the same as any other zoo I have visited. I have used my membership card to get in to the UK zoos and got a discount price, but not sure if your UK one would work in jersey but it's worth a try. There's a couple of cafe around the zoo which are worth a try and of course there's a great gift shop as well.
