Dean goes out of his way to be helpful. I phoned him at 8.00 am on Monday morning to say that I had no heating, and by 9.30 on Tuesday he had visited to see what the problem was, collected the part needed, and fitted it. All working perfectly (fingers crossed). I would highly recommend him.
As ever, Dean, at Glycon, delivers a first class service. He is efficient, on time, works quickly but always has time for a short chat, and is polite and friendly. What more does anyone want?

Brilliant service from Dean. I expected to be put on a long waiting list, but one day after having left messages for him, I picked up a reply, returned the call and within a couple of hours the job was done. He also had time to answer a few general queries I had. I would highly recommend Dean.
