The meeting to decide on the new stadium development in Lionel Road South by Brentford Football Club will be held in the Lampton Park Conference Centre, at the Hounslow Council Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow, TW3 4DN at 7.30pm on December 5th 2013.
To see the Planning officers report on the Planning Committee agenda, you can log onto www.hounslow.gov.uk and follow the links from 'Council and Democracy'. The agenda should be available from seven days before the date of the meeting. Any of the public libraries in Hounslow borough can provide access to the Hounslow Council website.
The meeting is open to the public. Parking will be available in both the public car park and staff car park, accessed off Lampton Road.
Speakers are allowed to address the Committee at the discretion of the Chair of Planning Committee.
