I came here for my first ever treatment with an osteopath, specifically for shoulder pain. After being greeted by the friendly receptionist and being given a couple of minutes to peruse the wide selection of reading material in reception, Mark took me into one of the treatment rooms and began his diagnosis. We spoke for a while about all the little niggles I'd been having and my lifestyle and after a proper examination Mark highlighted several conditions I already knew about as well as informing me how my shoulder pain had come to b, it assured me that I was in safe and knowledgeable hands. The diagnosis was clear, concise and easy to understand and I was given plenty of opportunities to ask further questions. An initial treatment was given, along with advice on what to expected and a few exercises to continue throughout the week. My immediate shoulder pain was alleviated and has been much more manageable since and I'm looking forward to this being reduced further with additional treatments. The whole experience was fantastic and I feel assured being in their care.
