Once I had placed the order communications between myself and Nigel were clear and helpful regarding fitting and removal times which suited me. Simple clear instructions and a demonstration were given when the box was fitted, I was warned about silly common mistakes that hirers made and I was also provided with an emergency contact number should anything go wrong and I needed to contact them. Very impressed with the service and I look forward to using them again in the future.
