Experience Jordan by cycling it or trekking it for Marie Curie Cancer Care
Marie Curie Cancer Care is urging people to sign up for their new oversees cycle or trekking challenge Tri-Jordan.
Tri-Jordan, taking place from October 30 – November 6, 2010, is the ultimate challenge event. It’s a great experience which will take you through spectacular desert landscapes, unspoilt wilderness and the archaeological treasures of Jordan. Not for the faint hearted but an opportunity of a lifetime!
Community Fundraiser Lucy Barons says “this really is a great opportunity to be involved in an exciting challenge either by cycling or trekking in such an interesting and unspoilt place. It’s an experience of a lifetime which will raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care which provides care and support to terminally ill patients and their families in their own homes.”
As well as the Tri Jordan Cycle and trekkiing challenge there are also other oversees challenges including, London to Paris and Jamaica as well as other challenges in the UK. For Tri Jordan the registration fee is £250 plus a minimum sponsorship fee.
