The Left Bank is to reopen next month. The former Left Bank manager will take over as Managing Director. He hopes to transform the Left Bank into a quality, value for money venue. The restaurant will supply good local food at a good price. Can't wait to enjoy a coffee on the balcony again - we have missed it.
The other bit of good news is that the owner of Basmati is to open a restaurant in one of the vacant shops nearby. This should bring some life back into that end of town again.
