We went for a drive down the River Wye at the weekend - what a glorious day it was. Summer has arrived at last and Ross on Wye was buzzing with activity. Lots of people had turned out to picnic or wander by the river and the Jamstand music festival was attracting lots of people too. As always, the river was popular with canoeists and it looked as if most of them were spending a bit of time in the river rather than on the river - just to cool off.
