The beautiful weather helped to contribute to a huge crowd attending the Hereford City Centre Health & Wellbeing Event on Saturday. There were continuous demonstrations on the stage in High Town and outside the Shirehall with exhibitors in Maylords Shopping Centre and inside the Shirehall.

In the Maylord Shopping Centre Healing Earth of 2 Blackfriars Street, Hereford, were offering taster sessions in the many complementary health services that they offer. I enjoyed an Indian Head Massage, which definitely set me up for the day. They were accepting donations for The Yeleni Support Centre for Cancer and Chronic Illnesses - a very worthwhile charity set up to provide a caring supportive environment to anyone affected by a chronic illness.

In The Shirehall, Hereford Centre for Natural Health had a stall promoting the many Complementary Therapies that they offer and were giving away discount vouchers - a great opportunity to take advantage of the many services that they offer there.

As the main sponsor of the event, The Best of Hereford had banners on display in the performance areas and our liveried MINI attracted huge attention in High Town with lots of people stopping to ask questions.

We handed out hundreds of postcards encouraging people to visit www.thebestof.co.uk/hereford and "shout about" their favourite local business.
