There will be lots going on in High Town, Maylord Shopping Centre and The Shirehall.
Demonstrations will be taking place from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm in High Town and The Shirehall - pole dancing for fitness, Tai Chi, Belly Dancing, Step and Pump, Salsa - and much, much more.
In the Maylord Shopping Centre, Healing Earth will be providing free 20 minute Taster sessions - Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, on site Chair Massage and Sound Healing. It would be best to book a time - donations will be going to Yeleni Support Centre for Cancer and Chronic Illness.
In The Shirehall, The specialists from the Hereford Centre for Natural Health will be showcasing their therapies, where free Complementary Therapy treatments will be on offer in a peaceful and welcoming environment. No need to book. We will also be offering informal discussion with our therapists about the treatments we can offer.
There will also be loads of stalls offering Forever Living products, organic health products and a fantastic food court. See you there!
