We have just heard from Melanie Denning at The Courtyard that she managed to raise £3000 from the Comedy night with Isy and Simon that was held on 19th March.
Melanie says "Many thanks to everyone who attended or made donations in lieu, bought raffle tickets, made it all run smoothly etc etc. Chris and I have both had loads of positive feedback and there were a lot of people who don’t usually come to The Courtyard so that was an added bonus. The monies raised will go to the CF Trust in London to support all their invaluable drugs trials/research etc and I may attempt another one next year..."
We look forward to seeing a return of this event next year and congratulations to Melanie and Chris and the team at The Courtyard for organising such a terrific event and raising an amazing amount of money.
