Independent shopkeepers have until 23rd August to apply for a grant from Herefordshire Council.
The grant is open to all independent traders who have not received a shop front grant within the last five years. You could receive up to £2,000 or half the repair costs from the council. You can use the grant to repair an exisiting shop front or to reinstate original historical features.

Banks, pubs, charity shops, private residences and franchises are excluded from the scheme.
