Andy Noble was born and educated in Gillingham Kent . Initially trained as an architectural technician he moved to hastings and since 1977 has been in local business as a general builder .Currently owner and Managing Director of Westoaks Builders Ltd specialising in traditional construction conservation and refurbishment work to listed and heritage buildings .
