DISC (Dementia Information and Support Courses) is a small non-profit free Dementia Support Service for carers and people living with Dementia, based in Hastings but covering East Sussex and further. We provide free training for carers, support groups and we also provide tailor made professional training for companies, we also signpost and inform on all aspects of Dementia - again this is all across the county. Our aim is to ensure that anyone going through their Dementia journey is supported and informed. If you or someone you know might benefit from our support please do not hesitate to contact us.
