The Global RE Group team have made such a positive impact on our insurance provision. As the charity sector is quite a niche area for insurance, it felt like there was little room for negotiation as an individual organisation and we just had to accept the ever increasing premiums.
We have policies that cover employer’s liability, buildings, IT, travel and vehicle fleet making our insurance needs fairly complex. Peter spent time with us to really understand our insurance needs and was then able to access insurance companies, that had previously not been available to us. Peter provided a truly tailored solution, which resulted in a renewal policy approx. 40% cheaper than the previous year and for better cover.
The level of excellent service doesn’t end with Global RE Group setting up the policy. We have subsequently had a substantial issue with a water leak at out site. Peter and his team have dedicated many hours helping us to resolve this with our insurers, helping us to navigate through some very complex issues.
