Excellent service. Richard was extremely friendly, professional and made me feel very welcome and at ease. The suggestions of the types of frames that suited me were exactly right and there were many, many to choose from! The frames I chose were amazing and exactly what I was looking for, which I had not seen any like them anywhere else. Better service than any opticians I’ve ever been to over the years.

I went to Richard for the first time this month and was especially pleased with the service I received, he took the time firstly to discuss my requirements and then recommend what he considered suitable frames for my face and needs.
Now these frames were ones I never would have thought of but turns out he was absolutely right! Everyone who has seen them says they really suit me and are much better than my old style, someone even said they made me look younger (though that may have been flattery to get something out of me!)
Anyway, I cannot recommend Richard highly enough, go and see him for glasses!

Recently went to Richard to have my specs replaced, and also bought night driving glasses, They are brilliant! have cut the glare out, so can now drive safely. My new Distant specs are lovely and light, Richard took the time to make sure I had the right frames and the fit is perfect. Excellent service, would highly recommend, will return when new specs needed.

I recently spoke to a friend who had purchased night driving glasses from Richard and as I find night driving uncomfortable due to unwanted glare I made an appointment with Richard. I now have the glasses and I have to say I'm delighted, no longer struggling with the glare. I recommend Richard's excellent service and knowledge to every one I know who wear glasses he really doe's go the extra yard.

Richard was happy to spend as much time as needed to find the right shape and colourof glasses, looking at skin tone, hair colour, etc. He offered a range of styles not normally seen on the high street and at a much lower price. I can highly recommend Eyemasters and am delighted with both pairs of glasses.

Excellent service from Richard who spends a huge amount of time in his studio with each client offering a massive variety of designs then tailors the specs to that client's particular needs - all at a price much lower than the high street chain stores. My wife and I are both delighted with the result!

Richard's attention to detail and exceptional, personalised customer service leaves me without hesitation when recommending him. Spending 8+ hours a day on computer screens leaves me susceptible to eye strain, headaches and potential vision damage: Richard's advise was blue lenses. After a little research on both sides we decided to go for it. This was my first pair of specs, as I do not have a prescription, and Richard made me feel confident through the whole process - and I love my glasses!

What a fantastic experience it was with Richard at Eyemasters. Richard made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable, he knew what type of frames would suit me and what colour. Buying your specs from Eyemasters is quite simply an enjoyable experience. Being of an age where I wear glasses permanently it's undoubtedly important that eyewear feels comfortable as well as looking good, and that I can see clearly! My recent experience of the high street providers is that they'll pretty much leave you to browse and make your own choices. This isn't the best option... Richard will take time - as much as you need - to advise on the best specs taking into consideration stuff like hair & eye colour, face shape & so on... Am delighted with my new specs - they're different and yet I've had numerous complements in just a few short days.
