Are you looking to achieve enlightenment?

You can - with the help of Nadine at Calmer Self!

By implementing some very simple practices, Calmer Self can help you swap your stress for serenity, helping you find calm amid your chaos...

Nadine recognises that everybody is totally unique, so it's important that from the very first meeting your individual needs are discussed and identified. She will then be able to help and support your needs as you embark on your path to finding your Calmer Self.

About Nadine

Nadine is more than familiar with the chaos and pressures of modern day life that can have such a huge impact your wellbeing.

Combining a manic 24/7 job as an Apprentice Chef at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London's Park Lane with the demands of college studies as well as squeezing in a wild social life, Nadine very quickly found herself on her own crazy, chaotic rollercoaster. When her qualifications led to a career move into sales, the stress piled on, and with it came poor lifestyle choices eating the wrong foods, drinking alcohol and generally operating at a high level of stress.

After developing some health issues including PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) the time came to make a change, so Nadine experimented with a range of more holistic and positive activities to turn her unhealthy life around. She developed a keen interest in alternative therapies and personally tried a number of them.

These included:

  • homeopathy
  • aromatherapy
  • reflexology
  • hypnotherapy
  • CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)
  • NLP (neuro-linguistic programming)
  • EFT (emotional freedom techniques)
  • Tai Chi
  • QiGong
  • Yoga
  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Buteyko
  • Reiki

Delving into the wonders of all these practices not only gave Nadine a wealth of experience to draw upon, but helped her realise that no single approach is going to provide a solution to your problems. It's a combination of techniques tailored to you that will ultimately help you become your Calmer Self.

How to achieve a Calmer Self

It's a partnership. Working with Nadine you'll come up with a plan - together.

With 3 packages available you can find something to suit your needs, or you could have a bespoke programme tailored specifically for your. Levels 2 and 3 of the programme can be entirely administered online, so wherever you're based, Nadine can help.

All you need to do is fill out your details here and you can download the free “6 Steps to Serenity" mp3 file.

Reiki is designed to empower your body’s natural healing processes, helping to restore physical and emotional wellbeing. It's a Japanese technique that reduces stress and enables you to achieve effortless relaxation.

Nadine offers Reiki sessions lasting 45mins to an hour where you will sit in a position you find most comfortable (unlike when you have a massage treatment, you remain fully clothed throughout). Nadine's hands will then rest just above or gently on your body to generate a flow of energy. You can feel anything from a simple calmness to a slight tingling to a wonderful glowing sensation. Sessions are included in the Level 2 and 3 packages, but you can also book standalone sessions that can help improve your body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Calmer Canines

It's not just humans that can suffer the effects of stress - your pet pooch can too. Connecting with your dog and channelling a calmness can be hugely beneficial to both of you.5ba3972827a7ad5fa30025a7

Practising calmness with your dog will help them ease into relaxation and help you have the confidence you need to support them when they seem to be suffering from anxiety and stress.

This precious connection with your dog reinforces the bond between you, helping it to flourish and grow.
