I would highly recommend Simon and Action Coach. I run a MLM business so I have parameters to stick within and it can be limiting with not being able to set my own prices. Simon however has helped me market the business in other ways, so I hit my target monthly, by up selling, marketing in unique ways and also keeping me accountable. Simon has been working/coaching me to help me get my business to where i want it to be. I will admit i was incredibly nervous to admit I needed a coach alot of people told me " you dont need it you know what your doing just keep plugging on" but plugging on i could do no more, i was so down that my business was stagnent, that my business wasent growing even though I knew the service we offer is fantastic and a must for any other business. I had a free consultation with Simon and i walked away with more ideas and knowledge in the 1 hour then i had with the countless online videos I had been watching. Fast forward to our actual coaching sessions and my entire attitude as turned 360 degres. I have gained 1 new customer from making the smallest change. It is a must for any businss that is genuinly wanting to take it to the next level because despite what you think and everyone around you says, you do need a coach!

I have attended the 90 day planning Growth Club with Simon Marshall three times now. I always look forward to this event. There is normally a great speaker and lots of really useful advice that helps you move forward with your business. I find the Growth Club is now part of my business tools every quarter. I would recommend any business owner to speak to Simon about attending the next Growth Club in March.

After my business’s income being stagnant for three to four years, I knew something had to change but I wasn't sure what. This is when I made contact with Simon. Having spoken to a couple of business coaches in the past, I was concerned that there would be high pressure sales and it would be more about their figures than mine. This was not the case with Simon. Within minutes of talking to him, his genuine interest in your business and the growth of it was clear.
