St Valentine's at The Tally Ho Inn

Congratulations to John and his team at The Tally Ho Inn for his Lincolnshire Life Gold Citation Award. Well deserved. I love this pub - battling through the early week snowstorms in Grantham to arrive at The Tally, cold and disgruntled, it was terrific to be greeted by roaring log fires and a proper country pub atmosphere. I could have cheerfully stayed all afternoon, taking me back to my twenties and my favourite home pub in Gloucestershire. John knew everyone at the bar and no surprise he is now leading the way on testimonials.

If you haven't booked for St Valentines, then The Tally Ho Inn is a hop, skip and jump from Grantham and well worth the visit. The menu includes a choice of:
Roasted Butternut & Almond Soup, Seared Sea Scallops, Grilled Fillet of Sea Bass, Lobster & Soft Herb Risotto, Fillet of Lincoln Red Beef 'Wellington',
Honey Roast Gressingham Duck Breast, Valrhona Chocolate Tart, Orange salad,  Burnt Cambridge Vanilla Cream or British Cheese Plate.

Enjoy one of Grantham's best loved businesses
