Oldrids & Downtown are so proud to be able to make a contribution to such a great cause and to help fund their incredible work in providing practical, medical and financial support to people going through the toughest of times. Guests were welcomed to the Ball with a Champagne reception, before being treated to a three course meal, fine wines and music. Thanks to many generous sponsors, there was a charity raffle and auction with guests receiving some incredible prizes.

It was great to see some extremely glamorous guests enjoying some superb food, drink and music, as well as all of the hard work put in by lots of people from across the business in organising the event.” Annmarie McClintock.
As well as a night to remember, some guests walked away with great raffle prizes, including a hot air balloon trip, spa and holiday vouchers and much more. “We owe a big thank you to the generosity of sponsors who donated raffle prizes as well as some fantastic lots that were auctioned off in aid of Macmillan”. These included a day for two with the Red Arrows, an exclusive gift set of bed linen and home accessories signed by Kylie Minogue and Halo Leather Sofas.
Oldrids & Downtown would love to see you at our Summer Charity Ball, where we hope to raise even more money for good causes. The ball was the culmination of fundraising activity for MacMillan and in total the business raised over £11,000. Oldrids & Downtown hope to go on to equal and maybe even surpass this benchmark for this years charity of the year Marie Curie.
