I wanted to drop you a quick note to say a BIG thank you to you and Shane for making a difficult task much easier. I had obtained quotes from various bathroom companies but Bikini Bathrooms were head and shoulders above the rest. No fancy frills, but good quality advice (much needed with so many difficult decisions to make) & on top of that, and unlike many other bathroom companies, you and Shane actually listened to my requirements and didn’t try to persuade me to spend money on things I didn’t need! I also really appreciated your patience on answering my many questions Ann – good customer service is hard to come by these days. I have no hesitation in recommending Bikini Bathrooms to others o in using you again, indeed, I hope to be in touch next year with a view to updating my kitchen! Bikini Bathrooms offer a first class service at every stage from initial advice through installation and after sale service. Friendly and professional showroom staff give excellent advice based on a wide knowledge and experience of their products. Installation (by Tony Daley) could not be better with superb attention to detail and minimum disruption. The result looks fantastic. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Bikini Bathrooms.

We were recommended to Bikini Bathrooms by some friends who had new bathrooms fitted by them. What can I say - professional, understanding and a very good quality of workmanship throughout the engagement. You don't need to know exactly what you want as Anne is very knowledgeable and a great help when it comes to suggesting what works and what does not, she also has the patience of a saint. From start to finish you are kept up to date with changes and costs. When it comes to the actual fitting (we had 2 bathrooms modernised) the fitter (Tam in this case) makes no assumptions and spends time talking through what you want and what will work best. Tam is very good at his job - professional and keeps his work areas clean and tidy. I recommend Bikini bathrooms to anyone who wants a good job well done. Thank you.

We have just had our bathroom and en suite completely gutted and re-fitted and are delighted with the result. We went to Bikini Bathrooms with a very open mind about what we wanted (in other words, hardly any ideas at all) and Andy Earney, the fitter allocated to us, came round to tell us what was possible which was more or less anything! He suggested various options and we then went into the showroom to make our choices. This turned out to be far more difficult than we expected due to the huge range of items available - and needed lots of visits to the showroom, but Anne and Brendan worked very patiently with us, making suggestions and guiding us but not choosing for us. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products. Andy then came to stay (!) for four weeks and completely transformed both rooms. He worked hard, overcoming the odd unexpected problem with suitable alternatives, He does an excellent job paying meticulous attention to detail – and we have nothing but praise for him. He is a very clean and tidy worker and is a very likeable person to have in the house. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bikini Bathrooms and Andy Earney – for their professionalism, knowledge, customer services and attention to detail.
