I am once again writing to you thanking you for a superb level of service. Nigel and a colleague worked incredibly hard last week modifiying our light fittings, and went well beyond the call of duty when I spotted a last minute snag, working till well after 7pm.
Nigel is held in huge esteem by the folks at Bredon, and consequently so are Mitchell’s where you seem to have such a strong and helpful team.

Where do I begin! The service from Bikini was so personal, nothing too much trouble at all. I was worried that my budget would run away with me but they had a huge choice in the showroom something for everyone.
Andy Earney was Bikini's fitter. I was dreading the mess and inconvenience, it just didn't happen. Andy arrived when he said he would and never let us down. His work ethic was clean and tidy. We had all our tiles removed and there wasn't a scrap of mess. I didn't have to do a clean up at the end of each day when Andy had been, he did it all.
I was so ashamed of my bathroom and loo, not any more he has done an amazing transformation for us. The tiling and plaster work is fantastic. We had issues with our waste pipe for the toilet. Andy put a boxed angle in and it has transformed the appearance.
I can't recommend Bikini and Andy enough. I know Bikini provide a top quality service because when Andy finished our bathroom and loo he was booked up until Christmas!

I was looking for a bathroom suite, and found the staff very helpful, especially with all the extra fixture and fittings of which they had piles of brochures of every thing you could want. Unlike some main stores everything could be available within about a week, and when there was a query after we had received everything they were happy to quickly supply us with a missing part for the sink without any hassles. Excellent service, and at a good price.

I am very very happy indeed with my fitted wardrobes, I would recommend to everyone, my family have come from Birmingham to see my house and they have all commented, their first reaction has been... "WOW the wardrobes are amazing", brilliant finish, friendly service, and few days after my wardrobes were fitted I received a bunch of flowers which was great :) I am a very happy customer.
