Wonderful weekend, hard work but inspirational trainer/s make you want to really push yourself. Would have preferred to have gone with a pal, but everyone very friendly. Great diet advice and I have come away feeling very motivated to achieve greater fitness levels and weight loss. Terrific grounds too - lots of nature!

Very fortunate to have discovered this great retreat so close to home. The staff are all very friendly. Food was healthy and delicious. Had a lovely hot stone massage and full body wrap which was great. Hillmotts offers a very personal service and I will definately return sooner rather than later.

Tip top doesn’t even begin to come close to describing Hillmotts ! We went as a group of 10 regular lady 'Boot Campers' and everything about our day exceeded expectation. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable but above all, very, very hard working and dedicated. Nothing was too much trouble ! They made us feel so welcome and went to a great deal of trouble to make sure that our day was absolutely perfect. Our group were already planning our next visit before the last one had finished. I have never been to any other establishment where the staff made such an effort. I cannot recommend Hillmotts enough - please do go and try it - you won’t be disappointed !

Wow, what a lovely time we all had. kickboxing at 8.30am, kettlebell training, trx and a long fast hike in beautiful surroundings.
we are 10 regular bootcamp ladies that went for the day. cleo the fitness manager was a true star, answering our every whim. we had a lovely healthy lunch with a really informative nutritional talk. I can't recommend Hillmotts Retreat enough. Thank you to Cleo, the trainers and the beauty therapists.

I went to Hillmotts as part of a group of 10 ladies, we were really looking forward to the day and had high expectations - and they were met! We had a fantastic morning with a few different trainers doing a wide variety of work outs followed by a delicious lunch (and a chat about nutrition) then we did a 5 mile brisk walk through the beautiful country side. And last but not least treatments in the spa. We all had a wonderful day and will definitely be going back again!

Just got back from Hillmotts from a 3 day Fitness break with friends, had a fantastic weekend and achieved everything (and more) that I hoped to!. The Staff and Trainers were excellent, cared genuinely about helping to achieve our goals and ensured that all of our needs were met. The Retreat Manager is amazing - her knowledge, capability and dedication is truly inspiring. Hillmotts is not a military bootcamp, but we worked hard, were inspired to put in the effort and had a lot of fun at the same time. Will definitely go back and would definitely recommend!

I attended the Hillmotts 3 day retreat with 3 friends. It was an awesome intense 3 days, covering everything from TRX to Yoga and the Zumba class was brilliant fun. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were first class.

Went on a 2-day fitnesss break with my sister and had a very enjoyable time. The activities were varied and not too punishing with friendly and professional trainers and welcoming staff at the Retreat. The food was tasty and I have a better understanding of other nutritional ways of eating. Would definitely go again and highly recommend it.

I went on a three day fitness retreat. I had chosen this one because it was not a 'military boot camp' - though it was vigorous and certainly pushed me. I liked the varied programme of trying out different sorts of training and lovely walks on the extensive wooded estate where the retreat is situated. Cleo and her team of trainers were excellent, very keen for us all to get the most out of the weekend and make the changes that worked for us individually. It will be great when there is accommodation on site (in the near future) but the current arrangement with a local hotel works well. The weekend has really given me a kick start to get fitter and lose weight.
