If I could give this Taxi company 10 stars I would. I frantically was trying to get a car organised for my son's prom, with a only a few weeks until the event. All other "prom car" companies were fully booked (and absolutely extortionate prices!) I don't know what made me think of contacting a taxi firm but I did and I'm so bloody glad I did. I sent an online contact request to see if they had anything available and they had a Merc E-class and I think a Vito van? Anyway I dealt with a lovely guy called Steve who answers all my stupid questions and got reassurance for everything. They day before the event, I emailed to check everything was still ok, again reassured that it was. On the day, I got a text to say my taxi had been dispatched, in which it arrived early and it was a great opportunity to have photos. The driver came in the E-class which was all decorated with the ribbons, he was courteous, professional and very well presented, also got them to the venue early which was also a bonus!

My garage door wasn't working at 1:00 in the afternoon Russel came and had a look and it was fixed by 9:30 the next day . I cannot understand why anyone with a garage door problem would consider going anywhere else but Sunniside Sermac . am ower the moon lads . Cheers and Beers Ernie .

I am so dissapointed with 5th Avenue Florist TVTE Gateshead today. I have used 5th Avenue for the last 12 years and always been delighted. I wanted to order two Boquests of flowers one for Lobley Hill literally 5 mins away from TVTE and one to Rowlands Gill. I was informed 5 GBP charge for delivery to Lobley Hill and 8 GBP delivery to Rowlands Gill. I have never been charged delivery in all the years i have used them. I was so taken back by this new information i said i would just leave it. I live and work in Saudi Arabia and made a Point of only ringing 5th Avenue.

This is not just a Nursery it is an experience! You would pay to enter such a beautiful place in other parts of the country. The Nursery is set out with great creativity which makes it a tranquil and peaceful place to stroll around. There are unusual plants at incredible prices. Advice and help from the owners is second to none and really important for those of us who are not expert gardeners. Their love of wildlife and the environment is obvious and refreshing. I could spend all day there sitting among the cleverly built ruins, smiling at the gargoyles and listening to the plant talk. One visit here and you wont go anywhere else for your plants!!

Not being a proficient gardener and wanting to fill a border 6x2 metres and a raised bed of sleepers I was thrilled to discover this place the plants were vast in choice well priced but the best was the planning and advice of Peter. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else can't thank him enough John langley Sunderland

I never use any other taxi company! Their drivers are always polite and friendly. Thankfully I've never known a driver to be late. Oh, and their number is real easy to remember and now they have a text service. I've not used the text service myself however, therefore I can't comment on that.

My party of 8 were all extremely impressed by the quality of food served and the excellent service provided. It was our first visit to the Ravensworth Arms and everyone of us agreed that we would certainly visit again and would recommend it to others. We were celebrating a special occasion and our experience just added to the occasion. Excellent value, excellent food and excellent service!
