I recently bought a gorgeous handmade silver charm from Equinox and was really impressed by both the jewellery and the customer service. It was a present for my sister - so I had lots of questions regarding availability and delivery. Equinox were extremely helpful and really knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. The charm itself was gorgeous and symbolised 'unity' and 'sisters' - perfect!
