but so rarely get!
A greeting when you enter the shop, with knowledgeable & helpful advice, as & when required, without pressure.
Fitting times agreed & kept to, with their employed fitters moving furniture, consulting you if necessary, adjusting
doors, finishing within the agreed timescale, & tidying up.
