The staff were helpful, they were happy to advise us as to the best products for us (not their most expensive). They booked us in for a provisional fitting date before we had even committed to buying to ensure we got the fitting slot we wanted. The whole measuring and fitting service was carried out smoothly and professionally. Unlike other carpet shops Bradfords are also happy to move some furniture to fit the carpet and do not insist on an empty room. I couldn't fault them and will use them again.
