My partner and I are first time buyers - just exchanged! - and the support we've received throughout this entire process has been exceptional. Endless back and forth emails, revisits to the house, and of course some humour along the way. They really do go the extra mile, and we're both incredibly thankful for this journey being made easier and enjoyable, thanks to team over at The Personal Agent. Huge thanks to the wonderful Chris who first took us for our first viewing - gave us a tour around Epsom - which really felt like the premium experience. Every step of the process was handled with such professionalism, patience, and kindness. The team (Alan, Marta and Gerard) explained everything clearly, checked in on my comfort constantly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel surprisingly easy. My teeth look and feel fantastic now, and I’m so grateful to have found a dental practice I can trust completely. Also a big thank you to Sandra and Kirsty who helped me with appointments and were a reassuring presence. I would highly recommend this practice.
