Valuation of property for sale was backed up with market data and exactly matched the price achieved. Sales commission was competitive with no notice period. Marketing/sales effort was very professional. Local office volunteered to keep an eye on our vacant property. I have recently been forced to move and prior to finding a property with The Personal Agent I had found a good property with another agent in Epsom. I eventually walked away from this other property because of the attitude by the staff at the other agents. Here at The Personal Agent the attitude is so very very different helpful kind attentive and above all else a politeness that I thought had disappeared in modern Britain. How absolutely refreshing. Ethan and Callum have been so attentive regarding my move and whilst still stressful they have helped immensely. Because of this I cannot but recommend The Personal Agent and both Callum and Ethan

Natasha at The Personal Agent is a credit to the team!! My partner and I were letting our first property together and Natasha found what we were looking for very quickly, arranged a viewing the same day.
