Having decided it was time to find a dentist I could stick with for years to come, I looked for one with a strong reputation and honest pricing. Alan Wilson Dentistry stood out for its reviews, so I booked an initial inspection followed by a hygiene appointment.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. They knew my name straight away, which made me feel valued, and the waiting room felt more like a premium airline lounge — Nespresso machine, comfortable seating, and excellent air conditioning.
Alan himself came out to greet me in the waiting room and walked me through to the surgery, a lovely personal touch.
A few things really stood out:-
First, the technology: I had a crown fitted using a digital scanner instead of the old-fashioned impression putty, which made the process far more accurate and comfortable.
Secondly, they also use a camera to photograph your mouth and display it on a large screen, talking you through exactly what they see — something I'd never experienced before and found genuinely useful.
Both Alan and his dental assistant were friendly and communicative throughout, and the whole atmosphere put me at ease. The crown itself was the best-fitting I've ever had — no adjustments needed, and completely painless.
Even the hygiene appointment surprised me: instead of the usual metal scrapers, they used an air-and-water system that was totally painless.

My experience with The Personal Agent has been very positive (as a buyer). I have mainly spoken with Kai, who has always been very prompt to respond (when not available, the rest of the team have stepped in to make the process seamless) and is always willing to help. When viewing properties, he was informative but allowed for looking without being overbearing. Overall very happy with the service!
