We contacted the Personal Agent as we were recommended by a friend who had recently sold their property through the Ewell Branch. On 1st meeting Chris we both felt there was a ‘no nonsense’ attitude about him and that we weren’t being given the usual sales pitch you get from a lot of Estate Agents – and we did from others we spoke to! He was upfront from the start as to what we could expect to get for our house in this current climate.
We were looking for a house in the Cheam area which unfortunately isn’t covered by The Personal Agent (yet) but I did say to keep me informed of anything ‘spectacular’ that came up and this is all we received. There was no bombardment of emails for properties that wouldn’t have been of interest to us or any pressure to see anything we didn’t want to.
When we eventually found our house in Cheam it looked like it was all going far too smoothly… Well it was and we have had 3 months of hick-ups on the purchase of our new property but we got there in the
